I currently train both men & women in small groups no bigger than 6 people. As well as 1-on-1 private sessions. I take on new in person clients at the start of each month. Small group training classes are offered Monday - Saturday. Your first class is free! If you feel ready to go you can see all packages below. Once you select your package, you'll create your online profile and can book classes on your home page.
You have the ability to combine online & in person training together. A hybrid plan consists of seeing each other 1-3x in person while having full access to the online app to continue to train on your own. All in person packages include online app access.
